In the heart of downtown we were able to bring a Canadian atmosphere to life.  The owner’s operators were passionate about sourcing local food and product, both of which they wanted incorporated in the design of their restaurant.  We pulled details from the beautiful heritage building in which it resides and brought a modern Canadian lodge to life, complete with animal heads and all… no animals were harmed in the making of this project.
